tickets

people press a panel's button to open a private ticket with your staff: a thread or a channel only they and the staff see. when it's done, it closes, and its messages can be kept as a transcript.

make a panel

open your server, then modules & commands → tickets, and add a panel: the message arii posts, the channel it goes in, and a button for each kind of help (or one menu with all of them). post it puts it in its channel.

categories

each kind of help is a category, with its own emoji and description, its own staff, and where its tickets open:

  • a private thread of a channel: tidy, nothing new in your channel list.
  • a channel of its own under a category, that only the person, its staff and arii see.

how tickets behave

  • staff: people with these roles answer tickets: they're added to each one and can close, take and rename them.
  • taking a ticket: staff can take one as theirs, so the others know it's handled.
  • how many at once: how many tickets one person may have open.
  • closing: the person who opened it can close it too, if you like, and a ticket nobody wrote in for a while can close by itself.
  • the log: where opened and closed tickets are noted, with their transcripts.

transcripts and ratings

  • transcripts keep every closed ticket's messages and files, readable on its page by its people and your staff. the free plan keeps them 90 days; premium up to a year.
  • the closing dm sends the person the reason and the transcript, and can ask how it went, from one to five stars.

its command

  • /ticket
