arii plays music in your voice channels, from youtube, spotify, apple music, deezer, soundcloud and more, with a player on the website everyone in the channel can use.
play something
join a voice channel and use /play with a song, a link or a playlist. arii joins you, starts it, and posts the player in the channel, with buttons for the usual things.
links always play from wherever they point; words are searched where your server chose (modules & commands → music).
the player on the website
while you're in arii's voice channel, the dashboard's player shows the song, the queue (drag to reorder), the lyrics, and what's next. it follows your keyboard's media keys and your phone's lock screen too.
who controls it
- a dj role: with one, only people with it (or manage server, or alone with arii) pause, skip, move songs or change the sound. everyone else can still add songs.
- votes: people without the dj role vote to skip; you choose how many of the channel's listeners must agree.
how it sounds
- starting volume: how loud a new player starts. people change it with
/volumewhile it plays. - filters and equalizer: presets like bass boost or nightcore, and a fifteen-band equalizer, from
/filter,/equalizeror the website's sound panel. your server can keep one as its starting sound.
when the queue ends
- autoplay: arii keeps playing songs like the last ones.
/autoplayswitches it for one session. - 24/7: arii stays in its voice channel when the music stops or everyone leaves. it's a premium perk;
