how xp works

• messages: each message gives a random amount between 15 and 25 xp, at most once a minute, so spamming doesn't pay. you can change both.
• voice: 10 xp for every minute in a voice channel with someone else; nothing when alone, muted, deafened or in the afk channel.
• levels: xp adds up to levels. going from level L to the next takes 5·L² + 50·L + 100 xp, so each level takes a little longer than the one before.

say the level-ups

choose where arii says a level-up: where the person was talking, a channel of your choice, their dms, or nowhere. it can show their rank card under the message.

rewards

roles members get when they reach a level. keep them all keeps every role they reached; only the newest keeps just the last one. the free plan has 10 rewards; premium has 50.

earn more, less or nothing

• roles and channels can earn more or less; a role's and a channel's multiply.
• channels (or whole categories) and roles can earn nothing at all.

the rank card and the leaderboard

• rank card: the picture /rank shows. pick one of your cards from the card studio, or keep arii's.
• public leaderboard: a page anyone can open with its link, with names, pictures, levels and xp. it's off until you turn it on.
• you can change a member's xp, or start everyone over, from the levels page.
