billing & refunds
how paying for arii works, from picking a plan to getting your money back. the refund policy has the exact terms.
the plans
arii is free, and stays that way. the plans add more on top:
- premium and premium plus: perks for you, everywhere (a bigger music library, high-quality audio, the player's looping videos, more cards and templates), and server perks for the servers you pick (24/7 music, arii's own picture, banner and about me there, more flows, more of their own modules). premium plus covers more servers.
- the bot plan: hosting for bots of your own, with every module. it's not premium: the two are separate, and you can have both.
- add-ons: an extra premium server, an extra bot, or a public bot upgrade that lets one of your bots join many more servers.
prices, and everything each plan changes side by side, are on the premium page.
paying
in the dashboard, account → premium → get a plan. pick monthly or yearly (a year costs ten months) and any add-ons, and pay in the window that opens.
arii's plans are sold by Paddle, arii's merchant of record. that means:
- you pay in your currency, with taxes included where they apply.
- you can use a card, or PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay where Paddle offers them.
- your bank statement shows Paddle, not arii.
- Paddle emails your receipts. receipts and payment, on your premium page, opens Paddle's own page with every receipt and the card you pay with.
giving premium to a server
server perks reach the servers you pick, in account → premium → give premium to a server. any server you're in works, and every bot in it gets your perks. a server you pick keeps them for at least two days; after that you can move them to another whenever you like, and nothing in the old server is lost.

changing or cancelling
- change: from your premium page, to another plan or cycle. you see what it costs today before you confirm, with the time you already paid for counted in.
- cancel: any time. you won't be charged again, and your perks stay until the end of what you paid for. changed your mind before then? press keep my plan.
when a plan ends, the free limits come back. nothing you made is deleted: what's over a free limit keeps working, and adding more waits until there's room. if the bot plan ends, your bots keep running for 7 days, then pause, still with nothing deleted.
when a payment fails
your perks stay while Paddle tries the payment again, until the end of the period. your premium page tells you, and receipts and payment lets you update your card.
free trials and gifts
- free trials: when one is offered, it's for people who never had a plan. you add a way to pay, and you're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before.
- gifts: plans arii gives you wait in account → gifts until you claim them. their time starts when you do.
refunds
- your first payment for a plan: a full refund if you ask within 14 days.
- a renewal: a refund if you ask within 48 hours of it.
to ask, open the link in your Paddle receipt or find your order on paddle.net, or write to support@arii.love with the email you paid with. refunds go back to the way you paid, usually within 5 to 10 business days. charged twice, or a paid feature didn't work? write to us and we'll make it right ♡
